A no-fluff mini course that gives you one repeatable formula for pricing your homemade goods, so you land on a real number you can say out loud without flinching.
Work through it once with a real product of yours, and walk away with an actual price — not just a concept.
Price It For Profit
What’s Included
A step-by-step process that walks you from picking which product to price first, all the way to a final, customer-facing price — plus exactly what to say when someone comments it's too high or asks for a discount. 8 short lessons, with your workbook (printable or digital) filling in right alongside them.
Fill it in by hand, working through each step right alongside each lesson.
Type in your numbers, the formulas calculate your price automatically.
I’m Taryn, a wife, mom, full-time employee and the person behind Reluctantly Domestic — where I chase the homesteader life in whatever hours are left. I’ve sold at farmers markets myself and had the exact “is this too much” moment you might be having. I’ve got an MBA too — this course is where both meet.

You can get through all of the lessons in about 40 minutes. It’ll take a little more time than that to gather your own numbers for your first product, but realistically, you can be through this course with your first product fully priced in under two hours. From there, pricing your second, third, or tenth product takes a fraction of the time.
Any homemade product you’re making and selling — candles, baked goods, soap, crochet, canned goods, jewelry, sewn items, custom gifts, and more. The lessons use a candle and a batch of cookies as running examples to keep the math concrete, but the pricing approach works the same no matter what you make.
This is built for you, honestly. Everything is broken into small, plain steps — no spreadsheets required unless you want them, and no finance background needed. If you can add and multiply, you can do this.
Great — use this to double-check it. A lot of people find out they were closer than they thought, or that one category (usually labor) was quietly missing the whole time.
Because this is a digital product, all sales are final — once you have access to the lessons and workbook, we’re not able to take that back. That said, if something’s not working right or you run into an issue, please reach out. We’ll always do what we can to help you sort it out.
Worried this’ll be one more thing that sits half-finished? It’s built to be done in under two hours, start to finish. Worried you’ll get through it and still not know what to actually charge? Every lesson has you applying it to one of your own products as you go — so by the end, you’re not holding a concept, you’re holding a price.
